The Xi ICT Team provides scalable, effective support to help manage your existing infrastructure through the support and maintenance of all ICT infrastructure including both ad hoc support and scheduled maintenance of your ICT Infrastructure.
ICT Technical Support is offered as a dedicated on-site team, scheduled technical availability or an ad hoc response team depending on your ICT Requirements. The ICT agents work in conjunction with the Xi Call Centre to ensure all ICT tickets are logged and tracked to ensure tractability and that turnaround times remain in accordance with your service level agreement.
The ICT Support agents core functions encompass:
- Support and maintain ICT Infrastructure including Servers, Workstations, Printers, Network infrastructure and phone technology.
- Respond to requests for new or configured hardware or software
- Update ICT inventory registers
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Logging problems and documenting fixes.
- Install, update, and repair software on organization systems.
- Track and monitor day-to-day performance of systems
- Track and monitor all ICT equipment replacement and repairs
- Management and support of Microsoft Licensing and Active Directory
- Firewall and VPN setup, configuration and maintenance as well as internet content filtering
- E-mail Box Management and mobile account configuration
- Antivirus installation, maintenance, and virus removal.
